The Rural Households Anti-poverty Research In Minority Areas From The Perspective Of Social Support Mode

With the rapid development of economy,people's overall level of income is constantly increasing.Subsequently the income gap between urban and rural areas is also widened.In the ethnic minority areas,the development speed is far behind the urban areas,which caused by the various aspects of gap,such as the history,geography,culture and so on.The income level of rural households is much lower than the urban households.Their economic,education,health care are at a disadvantage.the long-term poverty makes their inability feeling strengthen.Their abilities to access resources is abated.The trend of the inter-generational poverty spreads within a certain range.It is a world wide problem to solve the problem of poverty and it has accumulated much experience in the development process of all countries.At present,the development of our country is in a critical and opportunity period,anti-poverty is the key point of our country from the central to the local.All levels of local governments and social organizations have gained rich experience in the struggle against poverty,but the anti-poverty progress in rural is still slow,anti-poverty effect remains to be improved.This article selects one of Yunnan minority village as the object of investigation,surveyed various aspects of the poor village,such as the family life,the production,the social interaction,children education and so on,from the perspective of social support model to understand the current situation of the village poor families about their officially and informal support networks.We try to the integration of community resources and to build a strong social support network,researching on the poverty current status and existing problems of poor families.Based on the information collected by interviews about the specific problems of the village and reviewed of relevant literature,this article explores how to build a social support network in the poor rural families.Finally,we come to the conclusion that only make full use of the formal and the informal support system,perfect the community support networks,discover geographical climate resources in the countryside,build favorable internal and external network platform,can let the villagers awake their anti-poverty consciousness to prevent inter-generational transmission of poverty in real sense,addressing a series of social problems caused by poverty.
