However, under the background of global value chain,the overall level of low-carbon technology of manufacturing enterprises in developing countries is not high, and manufacturing enterprises are only in a low-end situation embedded in global value chain,being in a dominant and subordinate status,so manufacturing enterprises need the low-carbon technology innovation to promote the level in the global value chain. Therefore, low-carbon technology innovation for manufacturing enterprises in developing countries is increasingly important.
