Research On Model And Countermeasures Of Energy Diversification In Heilongjiang Province Based On The Sustainable Development

Energy is the lifeblood of the national economy, so it is essential for the sustainable and healthy development of the energy industry. And the sustainable development of energy has become an important issue which will not be annihilated over time. Fossil energy is non-renewable, conventional energy consumption causes devastating environment and climate issues and the mass development and utilization of new energy faces a huge bottleneck, these factors make it a key strategic issues and challenges at the national level to expand the capacity for sustainable development and which must be actively coped with.Exploring the development of new energy and renewable energy has become an important tool to promote sustainable energy development, which promoting energy sources become more diverse: more types of energy sources, the difference between energy sources is more obvious, the energy ratio is more balanced. To improve the diversification of energy sources by providing more stable and reliable energy option reduces the risk of outage or unstable supply during the running of energy system, reduces the devastating impact of energy consumption on the environment, and also improves the stability and sustainability of economic development, which ensures the sustainable energy development from the system level.As an big energy province, Heilongjiang Province has made tremendous contribution to the country's economic development in terms of energy out:put. And today,Heilongjiang Province should and can made some meaningful exploration and try on actively exploring sustainable energy development,according to local conditions. For the study on the diversification of energy sources of Heilongjiang Province, this paper clarifies the background and theoretical and practical significance of the research, and analyzes the domestic and international achievements and trends and shortcomings in this field of research. The definition of energy diversification and sustainable development of the energy in this article is given. By applying the relevant theories in management, economics, finance and other related disciplines, this paper analyzes the mechanism and the effective range of the energy diversification to the energy sustainable development. Through cluster analysis on the energy diversification patterns of the 30 selected provinces, municipalities and districts energy diversification pattern, a number of typical energy diversification mode is found and the diversification index for each mode is analyzed in-depth. Then, a sustainable development oriented MDA analytical framework for Heilongjiang energy diversification is built up to analyze the energy diversification index and the performance of sustainable energy development of Heilongjiang province. And then the System Performance Optimization Model for sustainable energy development is established on the basis above to analyze the possible energy diversification mode for Heilongjiang using the scenario analysis method which assign different weights to different indicators under the different values requirement.This framework provides a method for the selection of energy diversification mode Heilongjiang Province. Finally, on the basis of the research results and the conclusions in this paper, the recommendations on the policies and the countermeasures of Heilongjiang energy diversification were proposed.
