A Company TFT-LCD New Product Development Project Management

Many companies have good product innovation concept,the fund is quite abundant,has a high-quality research and development team,also got a lot of orders from the client,but the annual financial statements cannot have profit performance,where is the problem? Through the in-depth discussion and found very most of them are with the company's new product development management activities have a close relationship.A successful new product development project,must also consider the enterprise external environment,internal environment and the characteristics of the project itself.In accord with enterprises under the constraints of the original resources,technology,through the systematic project management process to achieve.This study expects to through the project management methods to strengthen the management of the product development process.However some companies in new product development frequently encountered problems,such as inaccurate market research,product function design can't meet the demand of consumers,the long cycle of product development,product research and development ability is insufficient,etc.,it is necessary to structure new product development project.In view of the advantage of APQP method,this research will explore how to apply APQP method to construct A new product development process,and its application in A company car TFT-LCD panel industry.The purpose of this study can be compiled as follows:(1)to construct a suitable for car TFT-LCD panel industry and can satisfy the requirement of TS16949 of new product development process.(2)the data of the industry,through the implementation of new product development process procedure in detail.For A company in new product development problems,this paper also recommends its completes the following work: the project based on WBS is trial production phase of the mission decomposition;Strengthen the communication inside and outside the organization;The transparent management of human resource management;Set up reasonable job scheduling and nuclear the project critical path suddenly accident emergency strategy setting time;The principle of centralized communication management in project construction.
