Study On The Situation Of Land Intensive Use In Guangxi

Urban and rural integration is the focus of China's development,which is the industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization to a certain stage of the inevitable requirement is an important symbol of national modernization.However,there are some problems in the development,such as:the expansion of urban construction land area is too fast,the number of cultivated land is decreasing,the cost of urban construction land is low,which is contrary to the construction of the most stringent land use system in China.How to ease the contradiction between land supply and demand?How to control the expansion of urban construction land too fast?How to change the extensive use of land?This is the problem of urban land intensive use research needs to be solved.Based on the analysis of factors influencing the intensive land use,According to the principle of land intensive use evaluation index and 14 indicators were selected,the evaluation index system of intensive land use in Guangxi was constructed,and the intensive land use degree of Guangxi was estimated by principal component analysis in 2006 and 2015.Using gray GM(1(1)The model and entropy method are used to predict the trend of land intensive utilization in Guangxi from 2016 to 2020.The results of the principal component analysis show that the average spatial agglomeration of land use in Guangxi's 14 prefecture-level cities in 2006 and 2015 is obvious,and the intensive land use in the southeastern region is higher than that in the northwest region;Nanning City,the average annual land intensive utilization of 81.48,14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi ranked first,Liuzhou City,the average annual land intensive use of 75.58,Guilin City 66.85,Wuzhou City62.8,Beihai City 68.06,Fangchenggang City is 60.78,Qinzhou City is 59.02,Guigang City is 55.93,Yulin City is 66.92,Baise City is 48.98,Hezhou City is50.73,Hechi City is 48.39,Laibin City is 44.85,Chongzuo City is 43.57,14 cities in the middle-aged average land intensive use of the lowest.According to the gray GM(1,1)model and the entropy method,the land intensive use of 2016-2020 is obtained.The results show that the five-year average intensity of the two methods is not much difference,the difference is within ± 3,and showing the western part of Guangxi?central part ofthe Guangxi?eastern part of Guangxi?northern part of Guangxi?southern part of the Guangxi.According to the calculation,the change of land intensive utilization inGuangxi from 2006 to 2020 is characterized by the following characteristics:(1)From the time horizon to analyze:the land intensive utilization situation of 14prefecture-level cities in different years mainly presents two kinds of development trends,namely,increasing trend and decreasing trend.the land intensive use degree(2006-2020)fifteen years the average increase rate of the larger cities Wuzhou city and Fangchenggang city,an increase of 1.26%,1%.Land intensive use(2006-2020)15 years of the average decline in the larger cities for Hechi city,Hezhou city,the decline was 1.87%,1.71%.(2)From the time vertical analysis: 14 prefecture-level cities in the same year the intensive use of land vary,2006-2015 the most intensive land use is Nanning city,2006-2020 the city with the lowest land intensive utilization is Chongzuo city.(3)The level of land intensive use is directly related to the selected indicators.In this paper,four representative indicators are selected,which are the per capita urban construction land,the total retail sales of social consumer goods,the sewage treatment rate and macroeconomic policy,The impact of the four indicators on the land intensive utilization is different.The per capita urban construction land use index is negatively correlated with the land intensity.The total retail sales of social consumer goods,sewage treatment rate and macroeconomic policy are positively correlated with the land intensive utilization.And further analyzes the reasons for the difference of intensive land use in 14 prefecture-level cities.The results show that there is still a series of problems in the intensive use of land in Guangxi,such as the structure and layout of the land is not reasonable;population,GDP and land changes do not match;land pollution is serious,the ecological environment is affected.On this basis,it is proposed to optimize the land use structure,improve the land use efficiency;improve the land development level and land use efficiency;strengthen the environmental management,optimize the ecosystem and other series of measures.
