The Developnjment Of Enterprise Intellectual Property Strategy Based On Effective Technological Innovation

In the knowledge economy era,paying attention to technological innovation and intellectual property strategy has become a consensus.Technological innovation can enhance market competitiveness,drive an enterprise to develop rapidly,and even enable the enterprise to obtain a new life.However,technological innovation is an activity which is always prone to failure.Only effective technological innovation can create value,and bring enterprise the real development.It is necessary to identify the effectiveness of technological innovation,that is,to evaluate the design and the forecast of the future of the technological innovation.Effective technological innovation and making intellectual property rights strategy are complementary to each other.Effective technological innovation is the precondition of making intellectual property strategy,and the latter can promote the former.Based on the interactive relationship between the two,this paper integrates quantitative and qualitative analysis into the study of intellectual property strategy,researches the intellectual property strategy establishing which is based on effective technological innovation,and takes H company as an example to examine the feasibility and practicability.The main contents are listed as follow:The paper combines fishbone diagram method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study how to identify the effective technological innovation.In the choice of the indicators,not only consider the technological innovation itself,but also examine other factors,which are policy,market,technology support system and economy.Not only making inspection results more objective and reasonable,but also offer some basis for improving the success rate of innovation.Meanwhile,it can also filter "technology bubble",to lay a good foundation for graping enterprise status and making a scientific and feasible intellectual property strategy.A study on making intellectual property strategy based on effective technological innovation.Firstly,at the basis of the recognition and determination result of effective technological innovation,the paper comprehensive analysis the internal and external factors of the enterprise,in order to provide the adequate basis for the choice of strategic pattern.Secondly,identify the strategic factors,which are S,W,O,T.Use the AHP method to quantify the various strategic factors,in order to distinguish the degree of their importance.The paper introduces strength index and estimation strength index to construct the strategic quadrangle to determine the strategic pattern.Finally,match each strategic factor in chosen strategic pattern to formulate the specific intellectual property strategy.
