In the tide of economic globalization and information digitalization,the internal and external competition is becoming more and more fierce.In the period of the domestic financial policy reform and the pressure of competition from foreign banks,how to deal with the problem of performance management in the period of economic growth is the focus of the domestic banking industry.The Agricultural Bank of Xiuyan County branch performance management system can not fully meet the actual situation of branch,branch leads to lack of effective safeguard measures and requirements in the process of performance management;performance management system can not cover all aspects of the management and assessment work level;evaluation content of a single,lack of regional and pertinence,to better meet the requirements of modern enterprise evaluation.The Xiuyan branch of the performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard Based on BSC,integrated with the analytic hierarchy process,according to the Xiuyan branch of the strategic objectives,performance management system construction,puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the Xiuyan branch to promote business growth,expand market share,and has a reference and guide to the other bank.
