With the further development of the economic globalization and the successive establishment of private banking and internet finance companies,the interest margin between deposits and loans has narrowed markedly.This has not only exacerbated the competition among banks.The traditional business of the bank has had a very big impact.The days of high profits and high growth of the banking industry in our country have gone forever.For most banks,especially urban commercial banks,business transformation,product innovation and management reform are imperative.From its establishment to the present,G Bank has experienced ups and downs for more than ten years.Although it has made tremendous growth in the scale of its assets,it has gradually exposed some management problems so far.Relevant management measures and bank-wide The strategic objectives do not meet,especially the performance management system.In view of this,on the basis of the relevant research,combined with the status quo of G Bank's performance management,this paper sets up an effective performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard to better promote the realization of G Bank's strategic objectives.This article summarizes relevant literature to understand the development process of performance management system;secondly,expatiates the theoretical knowledge of performance management and BSC,laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up demonstration;thirdly analyzes the advanced performance management of G Bank And the problems that I encountered,and put forward questions;fourthly,I elaborated on the necessity and feasibility by G Bank;the fifth part described the use of analytic hierarchy process to construct Balanced Scorecard Performance Management System of G Bank,Analyze the problem and solve the problem;Finally,it tells the relevant measures to ensure the balanced scorecard performance management system running smoothly.Finally,based on the summary,this article makes a prospect of the future development direction.
