| With the rapid popularization of 3G and development of 4G,mobile internet has become an important part of people’s daily lives.The development of mobile internet industries affects the survival and development of traditional industry.How to deal with the impact of the internet,widen the road of enterprises’ future development,improve the comprehensive competitiveness and enhance profitability has become the focus of enterprises’ future research.After ten years of development and innovation,traditional ground mapping industry has a certain amount of application market.Development of this industry affected by factors such as information technology,national policy,mobile internet industry,automobile industry,users’ needs and so on.It requires companies to improve the service content,form and quality,etc.This paper based on related theories researched how AutoNavi Software Co.,Ltd.(AutoNavi)which as a traditional cartographic enterprise deal with the impact of the mobile Internet industry before being acquired by Alibaba.First,analyze the development situation of main business,strategic transition environment,business model changes and the specific planning in the background mobile internet.Second,evaluate the results of strategic transition in the aspects of corporate finance and market influence.Last,analyze the reference function for other traditional industries in the aspects of enterprise management decisions,cultural management and innovation,human resource management and transition process management.In this paper,the following conclusions:(1)According to motivation of AutoNavi’s internet transformation strategy,internal and external environment has changed rapidly.It faces competition from not only the same industrial enterprises but also other industrial enterprises from industry chains.Enterprises should understand their competitive advantages and disadvantages fully and correctly.Formulate development strategies suitable for social environment and enterprise environment.(2)According to AutoNavi’s transformation strategy it concluded that traditional companies should actively seize opportunities,integration of resources in the mobile Internet era,and change the business model in technological innovation,the application areas of expansion,personnel training to improve competitiveness of enterprises.(3)In the mobile Internet era,the traditional business in the strategic transformation process should actively introduce Internet genes,improve strategic leadership and execution,solving the cultural conflict,develop good talent management strategies,conduct a comprehensive and accurate assessment strategy. |
