Research On The Evaluation Method Of The Internet Early Venture Project

Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation",How to improve the success rate of venture and venture capital is an urgent problem for entrepreneurs and investors.In this paper,on the basis of literature analysis and practical experience,using the Delphi method,determines the evaluation index system of early Internet start-ups;By using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluate the early Internet start-ups.Finally,the selection of positive and negative two case for application validation evaluation method.Through the research,this paper builds the index evaluation system of early Internet start-ups.It is divided into four level indicators,eleven secondary index.Among them,the level of evaluation indexes:team,markets,products,business model,the secondary evaluation indexes:quality,founder team heterogeneity,market size,market growth,market competition pattern,usefulness,ease of use,satisfaction,user interactive experience,exclusive resources,profit model according to the characteristics of the Internet industry,The index system,which is based on the early days of the Internet enterprise profit ability weak characteristics,eliminates the financial aspects of the evaluation index;Based on the characteristics of Internet businesses has developed rapidly,this paper puts forward that market size,market growth two indicators;Based on the characteristics of Internet enterprises "Matthew effect",this paper put forward the market competition pattern evaluation index;Based on the importance of the Internet enterprise business model,It be included in the evaluation index system,and use for reference the experience of venture capitalists practice,under the business model,put forward the user interactive experience three secondary indexes,exclusive resources,profit model.
