Nowadays,it is the era of knowledge economy.It is particularly important in enterprise management personnel and absorbing technology elite in contemporary society.In recent years,the rapid economic has been developed.It has broken the original situation.With a new round of economic crisis struck,the competition among enterprises is become more and more heartless and more and more cruel.In the past,the enterprise competition was common in the sense of competition.But now,it covers many aspects,which is especially emphasized the talent competition.Middle class manager is the nerve center of an enterprise,directly maintaining the business operation of the enterprise.They bear the work of carrying out the enterprise long-term strategy and daily affairs management.They play a connection role between high-level and low-level personnel.They are not only the basis of development,but also the core power of the enterprise competitive.The enterprise,with the great management,should have both good leaders and the effective management system.Compensation management plays a promoting role in giving a full play to the superiority of the managers.Therefore,the optimization design of compensation management for middle-level managers has become an important way to keep pace with the times for the enterprise.With the examples of company C,this paper elaborates deeply about the compensation system and its building modes,combining with knowledge and basing on practical experience to design a set of suitable compensation optimization system.Thus,the existing problems will be solved effectively,which promotes the development of the standardized process and provides the powerful guarantee for the long-term development of the enterprise.And at the same time,this paper states the relative measures for its subsequent process of implementation.While solving the core problems,the level and the efficiency of the management and the compensation system will beimproved and promoted.
