The Case Study On The Alignment Of Enterprise Green Supply Chain Management And Green Information System

With the development of the new normal economy,the implementation of green innovation and sustainable development will help enterprises to realize economic development and transformation to enhance their competitiveness.In the daily business process,companies usually adopt some specific activities to achieve green innovation.The Green supply chain management and green information systems are two important ways for companies to implement green innovation internal management.At the same time,from the perspective of resources and processes,the alignment between them has played an important role in the company.This article is based on the existing theories of green supply,green information systems and green innovations,using case study methods,and then coding the data collected in field research,and finally drawing a conclusion.the purpose of this paper is to study the small and medium-sized enterprise internal green supply chain and green information system integration.There are several studies that have been done: first of all,to get to know the current situation.Secondly,analyze the influence of the alignment into the enterprise.Third,find out the main factors that are affecting the integration of the green supply chain and the green information system.The results show that the green supply chain and the green information system and the integration of the two are low.At the same time,from the research results,the integration of green supply chain and green information system in enterprises plays an important role in promoting the enterprise's economic performance,environmental performance and enterprise competitiveness.The main factors that influence the integration of enterprises exist within the enterprise.Including the transparency and accuracy of information sharing among different departments;Integrity of IT infrastructure within the enterprise;The management process of IT part in the enterprise;The size of the enterprise itself;It is important for the business direction of the enterprise.This research has certain significance to green innovation in theory and practice.At the same time,it has an important guiding role for enterprises to implement green innovation,green integration,improve their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.
