With the rapid development of China's economy,the comprehensive strength improved significantly.And also,people's living standards are better and better.Catering industry has become an important part in China's economy with the rapid development.In order to expand the market size and brand effect,a large number of catering enterprises step into the chain of business model and diversified business format in recent years.In parallel with the catering industry booming development,the problem of employee turnover has become increasingly prominent,became the troubles of business managers,it has also become a stumbling block to the development of catering enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the literature on employee turnover at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and validates the key factors that significantly affect the tendency of employee turnover through empirical analysis combining with the actual situation of A catering company.Based on the analysis,the main factors of this company's employee turnover especially in restaurant workers are as follows: the human resource management of enterprises can't keep pace with the rapid development of enterprise;the salary policy and staff promotion mechanism are not perfect;lack of enterprise culture;the individual characteristics of employees;personal career orientation and recognition sense.Finally,the author puts forward the solutions,including the establishment of competitive salary system,the establishment of effective training system,the improvement of employee incentive mechanism,the career planning of employees and the strengthening of enterprise culture construction under the guidance of the relevant theories of human resources management.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we will effectively control the employee turnover of A catering company and provide some reference for other catering enterprises.
