The purpose of traceability and evaluation of mechanical parts is to improve the quality of parts,and also play an important role in promoting enterprise development and improving customer satisfaction.Production process of Mechanical parts to participate in many factors,a wide range of raw materials,personnel,equipment,technology,processing environment and other factors on the impact of the rapid increase in the quality of parts,and quality problems occur frequently.In the face of sudden quality problems,companies often use "post-feedback" to deal with.This article in the "post-feedback" on the basis of integration into the "things in control",to forming the quality traceability and evaluation system,to improve the quality of the products in the whole,and improve the quality of parts.In this paper,the crankshaft cause of Shaanxi North Power Co.,Ltd.is the research background,the mechanical parts are taken as the research object,the traceability information of the quality is studied,and the quality of the parts is evaluated by the control chart.Firstly,the factors influencing the quality of the parts are analyzed.Based 'on the characteristics of the research and parts at home and abroad,the four stages of the quality of the parts are studied from the forming process of the parts:design,raw material procurement,processing and sales,and identify the quality traceability information.Then,the principle and evaluation flow of the control chart are analyzed,and the quality of the parts is evaluated by the quality control chart.Using the judgment criterion of control chart to evaluate the exception of quality key points in parts processing.Finally,through the system development to achieve quality traceability and evaluation.The system uses java language programming,background procedures using SSH architecture,front-end pages through jsp,css,js and other technologies to achieve,the development tools used are myeclipse,tomcat and mysql database.The development process includes:demand analysis,model processing(modeling),functional design,page design,programming.
