The Optimization Study Of Scheduling In The Universal Terminal Branch,Port Of Caofeidian Group

Over the past decade,along with the rapid development of national economy,the throughput of Caofeidian Port also increased significantly and it was as high as 290 million tons in 2014.However,with the macro-economic slowdown,the area competitive growing and disordering,the pressure of enterprise development continues to increase.In this situation,in order to stand out from the competition,we must optimize the production process,improve the efficiency of operations,shorten the berthing time,decrease the production cost.First of all,this article has conducted the research to the production scheduling and optimization theory,laid the theoretical foundation for the research of optimization scheduling.In the optimization of the production process,the port production scheduling as the port production organization core,its quality determines the port's economic benefits,determines the advantages and disadvantages of the port in the competition.How to make production the scheduling work has become the key to the success of the port of port production.Therefore,the study of port production scheduling optimization work has theoretical and practical significance.Secondly,the general development situation of the terminal branch and the production conditions are introduced,the working process and production scheduling process are briefly introduced,and the existing problems are analyzed,the lack of scientific scheduling,unclear responsibilities,the low level of information,the existence of arbitrary problem is particularly significant.Again,in the optimization and parallel theory,this paper in order to shorten the average time of ship in Hong Kong as the entry into,put forward the main strategy of scheduling optimization,including the planning process,production planning process and production organization process,but also on the human,put forward specific optimization scheme of equipment and resources berth.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures and solutions to improve the level of dispatching work,and puts forward the importance of information technology in the dispatching management.
