China and Vietnam are linked by mountains and rivers and shared the same cultural background,they both are socialistic country,having a "comrade add brothers" traditional friendship.Since the normalization of relations between the two countries in 1991,the two countries in political,economic,cultural and other fields have a close friendship and cooperation relations,especially on the economic and trade relations,between the two countries is increasingly close,bilateral trade volume has reached new highs,China has become Vietnam's largest trade partner for 12 years.But,in the development of the economic and trade relations also has many risks and obstacles.In recent years,Vietnam dispute with China in the south China sea territorial;Vietnam's domestic outbreak of mass violence to Chinese enterprises;hundreds of Chinese in Vietnam fleeing away;Vietnam also has a lot of anti-china exclusion speech in mass-media,etc.These are deeply affects the development of the economic and trade relations.Any problem has its reasons,in the process of reality,behind the economic problems often with political,cultural,ideological and other non-economic factors and they have very strong connection.In this paper,by carding the evolution of bilateral economic and trade relationship between China and Vietnam shows that the development of economic and trade relations is not completely rely on the market or economic interests,but guiding and limiting by factors such as politics,ideology,culture,nationalism and other non-economic factors.Combining the analysis of current development level of economic and trade relationship between China and Vietnam,this paper points out the structural contradictions in the bilateral economic and trade relations from three aspects of trade,investment and economic and technological cooperation.Separately,trade imbalance,China's investment in Vietnam does not match with bilateral trade relations and China's economic strength,The economic and technical cooperation between China and Vietnam is opposed to the Vietnamese nationalism.The author believes that the deep cause of structural contradiction lies in the influence of noneconomic factors on bilateral economic and trade relations,and the main noneconomic factors are in Vietnam.If things get worse,the development of bilateraleconomic and trade relations may have interference and even backwards.Based on this point,this article attempts to make a preliminary analysis about the noneconomic factors in the development of the economic and trade relations,thus,for both sides friendly negotiate about solving the related problems,or increasing mutual trust,to further promote regional economic and trade cooperation provides some references.
