As the rapid development of urbanization and real estate,the average annual growth rate of elevator which is the most important transport equipment was above 20% all the past few years.The total number of elevator in china by now is above 3.5 million,more than any other country in the world.Elevator is one kind of special equipments that concern the safety of civil travelling,while its working in a proper and safe way has a great deal to do with the maintainance.These years,all kinds of elevator accidents came to be known by the public,and it is obviously that the industry of elevator maintenance in our country is facing trouble.In this paper,the author set A company as an example to explore the team performance of elevator maintenance technical support,so as to find out the effective way for improving the team performance.Through literature review we summarize the famous I-P-O team performance model.Based on this model,we firstly use the tools of Balanced Score Card to obtain 6 measurement indices of team performance about maintenance technical support,respectively as skills training,business support,field support,satisfaction,quality control,growth.And then through historical literature reviews and interviews to find out the four input factors,named individual characteristics,team factors,organizational environment,team process,and total 17 metrics.Secondly,establish a structural equation model,which can be worked out by using the software of SPSS and AMOS,therefore we can obtain the Standardized output of the SEM.In the end,by mixing the findings of this paper and working practice,we put forward some specific strategies and methods for improving the team performance of elevator maintenance technical support,and verified them in working practice.
