Creative talents have great significance in the development history of creative industry which highly esteems individual creativity. And creative team is a special group that is formed of creative talents. As the main organization type of creative industry, creative team is the main source and development power. As early as 1986, the famous economist Romer has pointed out that new originality can produce infinite new products, new markets and new chances of creating wealth and he also holds the opinion that originality is the motive power of boosting one country's enonomic growth. As a result, the study of creative team has significant value no matter in practice or in theory.This study takes creative industry in Nanjing as the study object, chooses 25 creative corporates in three creative industry precincts to do positive analysis and discuss the relationship among team reflexivity, leadership for innovation, team conflict management and team innovation. The study finds that:Firstly,based on the studies of predecessors,the factors that influence innovation from the perspective of team process can be analyzed from the four aspects of team reflexivity,team conflict management,leadership for innovation and team climate for innovation. Team conflict management can be studied on the two dimensions of constructive controversy and minority dissent. Team climate for innovation can be studied on the four dimensions of objectives vision, task orientation, participative safety and support for innovation.Secondly, team reflexivity, team conflict management, leadership for innovation and team climate for innovation have significant positive influences on team innovation; leadership for innovation has significant positive influences on team climate for innovation. And leadership for innovation not only directly influences team innovation, but also it indirectly influeces team innovation through team climate for innovation.Thirdly,from the structural equation modeling of factors that influence innovation, we can see that team reflexivity, team conflict management, leadership for innovation and team climate for innovation have significant positive influences on team innovation, however, different factors influence team innovation in different degrees and mechanisms. Taking creative team in Nanjing as the study object, this study does the positive analysis. It reaches the above conclusions and also explains and discusses them which enrich the study of team innovation. And based on the study conclusion, this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for raising innovation level of creative team, summerizes the whole text, points out some study defects and explains the direction of the future study.
