Research On The Coordination Of Urban Development And The Structure Of Water Resources Utilization

Water resources as the basic resources play an important role in the development of Qingdao,it needs to coordinate the relationship between urban development and the water resources.The structure of water resources utilization is the key to the water resources utilization.Under the background of advocating structural reform and common development,it is very important to coordinate the relationship between urban development and the structure of water resources utilization.This article through sorting out the domestic and foreign literature of urban development and water resources,based on the analysis of the current situation of urban development and water resources utilization in Qingdao,establishing the evaluation system of the urban development and the structure of water resources utilization,using AHP model and entropy method to get comprehensive weight of each index.Based on the coordination evaluation model(coordinated development degree),we obtain the level of coordination between urban development and the structure of water resources utilization in Qingdao.The results are as follows: The coordinated development degree of urban development and water resources utilization structure in Qingdao showed a general growth trend,from 0.4211 in 2007 rise to 0.9242 in 2015.2007 to 2009 is the first stage,coordinated development degree is moderate coordination.2009-2015 is the second stages,coordinated development degree is high coordination and extreme coordination.The coordinated development degree of urban population and water resources utilization structure shows a rising trend,showing a trend of similar U shape.The trend of coordination between urban economy and water resources utilization structure is consistent with the trend of coordination between urban development and water resources utilization.The coordinated development degree of urban society and water resources utilization structure shows a rising trend,the range is 0.2 to 1,the growth rate is the largest.Starting in 2013,it is highly coincides among the coordinated development degree of urban subsystem and water resources utilization structure,the trend of coordinated development degree is coincide that is high coordination and extreme coordination.Finally,in order to further promote the coordinated development between urban development and water resources utilization structure,offering a proposal that establishing water-saving awareness,improving the domestic water use;industrial adjustment,optimization of industrial water utilization;using the development of science and technology,promoting the agricultural water use and so on.
