With the development of modern science and technology,knowledge update faster and faster,enterprise to adapt to the environment and the change of the market,must want to constantly improve the ability to learn.Learning organization is to comply with the need to produce and develop.Take the ZDT company as the research object,based on the theory of learning organization.Research and analyze the ZDT company's present situation and problems of the construction of a learning organization.Aimed at ZDT company to build a learning organization.Problem and analyze the reasons,and put forward countermeasures for the next step to build learning organization,and creating learning organization to provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the first chapter summarizes the research status of the learning organization at home and abroad,research ideas,research contents and research methods;the second chapter is the learning organization related theory research,including the concept,characteristics,role and significance of learning organization,as well as four kinds of learning organization authority model,to provide theoretical reference for later analysis.Secondly,the third chapter study the situation of ZDT company.Analyzed the company's PCB industry status,development trend of industrial 4.0,the basic situation of the enterprise.At the same time,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interview.Research found that the company has the basic of learning.At the same time,there are still large differences between ZDT company and learning organization.The author also makes a SWOT analysis on the learning organization construction of ZDT.Finally,according to the current situation of ZDT company and the related theory,proposed the design model to build a learning organization of the company.Mainly from the popularity of the concept of learning organization,individual,organization and system upgrade on several dimensions,step by step,to promote the construction of learning organization of ZDT company.The author proposed some innovation strategy,such as putting forward the learning organization as one indicator into the organization and individual KPI,pushing everyone becoming the learning center,creating a happy andeffective learning culture,implementing of action learning etc..The fifth chapter included the safeguard measures of building the learning organization of ZDT company.
