Establishment Of Qualification System For Enterprise B

Enterprise B is a comprehensive engineering institute of technology,subordinate to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.In the process of market transition,the economic scale,staff size and industrial scale of Enterprise B have been developing at a high speed,hence the traditional method of human resource management can hardly meet the needs of the future development.With the development of modern human resource management,the idea of the qualification management is formed.It relates individual capabilities and characteristics to the requirements of the position.Through standardizing position responsibilities of the staff,their own professional development will be strengthened.Qualification management provides a strong support to all aspects of human resource management,and becomes an effective method.This paper analyzes the problems in Enterprise B's development,and puts forward the idea of introducing a qualification system of human resource management in Enterprise B.How to manage and control the qualification system constructing process by means of the principle and method of project management is highlighted.Through discussing principles and methods of the qualification system,the design of the post sequence and qua lification standards,a system suitable for Enterprise B's development and employee growth is provided.Through the trial of the qualification system in some pilot departments and evaluation of the effect,the qualification system will be improved step by step,and as a result contribute to an effective qualification system of Enterprise B.
