The Qualification Management System Studies For Mangers Of Tianyuan Group’s Branch Company

Abstract:21th century is an era of knowledge-based economy, at knowledge-based economy ages, senior managerial professional is an important constitute part of enterprise human resources, and plays a key role in the development of enterprise. Qualification management make a breakthrough as a way of human resources management compared job specifications, can open up a manager’s occupation development passage and stimulate them to accomplish company strategy.This article relates the problem of traditional job based system of enterprise human resource firstly, put forward the research purpose and basic method. Then, point out to build up a system of qualification management can make up the shortage of traditional human resource system, through theoretical research and consulting the national and international relative literatures, working a result that qualification management is important. Afterwards, analyze the problem of human resource management, design management system of qualification management for mangers of Tianyuan Group’s branch company, according to the characteristics of Tianyuan Group which major in city investment and construction. Lastly, illustrate the effectiveness of qualification management system for managers of Tianyuan Group’s branch company, through initial application of qualification management system in Sanyuan Company which is a sub-company of Tianyuan Group.This article apply basic theory of qualification management, build the system of qualification management for Tianyuan Group’s manager,if extended to the whole company,the problem of human resource management with Tianyuan Group can be resolved, and the core competence of Tianyuan Group will be promoted. The research result can also be important for any big developing company which major in city investment and construction, when design the system of qualification management for sub-company.
