In modern enterprise management,talents has become the first competitive power and the main source of corporate development.Human resource is the core component in modern corporate management.Therefore,how to enhance the quality of employees,improve the enterprise performance level and human resources management system to face the challenges has been the core problem that entrepreneurs,human resource experts and people in related fields all concern.The key problem is performance appraisal system which has already been widely used in enterprises.In the new economy era that increasingly emphasizes on ‘people-oriented',the drafting and designing of performance appraisal system concerns the development and maintenance of talents in a company,as well as the long-term sustainable development of the corporation.After China accessing to the WTO,Chinese enterprises,which grew up in a relatively closed environment,encountered new challenges.How to determine and modify appraisal indicators based on the changes of outside environment and company internal conditions is a deep and management conceptual challenge,which has a great strike and influence on the traditional wisdom of human resources management.This article discusses the problems of CD Company through the research methods of regulation research and example illusion research.Based on the exploration of both domestic and international research of performance appraisal indicators,the current appraisal system adopted by CD Company and the operation performance are analyzed.Besides,according to the result of questionnaire survey,improvement strategies are made to optimize the current appraisal indicators.Corresponding solutions will be put forward to provide some references for human resources management in other enterprises.
