At present,the global econom y is extrem ely competitive.a com prehensive enterprise that can guide the developm ent of hum an resources through The staf f competency model in-depth study.The concept of multiple perspectives,theories and methods can enhance the ability and the quality of the enterprise of the new knowledge workers.First,this study summ arizes knowledge workers competency model and other related content through read ing literature which provid e theoretical guidance for further study.Secondly,the study analyzes the knowledge workers com petency elements and defines the decision role,the role of information and or ganizational roles of knowledge workers.G et 24 initial com petency elements of knowledge workers through literature analysis and behavioral interview time.Again,this study build knowledge workers competency model,determine the building program of knowledge-based staf f competency model and co nstruct initial knowledge workers competency model.Based on Preliminary competency model,this study expand questionnaires? The study identified three dimensions covering 24 of competency feature m odel,through re liability analysis,validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis.Ultimately,existing knowledge workers competency model is applied to the A railway company.This paper analyze the situation of knowledge workers human resources management of A railway com pany.From the selection of personnel,education and training and staf f appraisal three dimensions that advance knowledge workers competency building.
