In the competition of modern enterprises,the quality of employees,especially the quality of management personnel has become the key to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises.With the improvement of management level,enterprises begin to realize that the quality of management personnel directly affect the implementation of corporate strategy,as well as the development of enterprises.Management personnel competency is an important part of the competitive advantage of the enterprise market.Firstly,through the literature review summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of competency,the next step for the construction of the competency evaluation system to lay a theoretical foundation;then the YK company management personnel competency status using a questionnaire to understand,to find out the current YK in the management of the company personnel competency assessment problems: cultural values old,lack of learning ability,foster innovation and insufficiency,lack of objective control;through the method of literature review and expert opinion method the winner competency elements,determined by Delphy Fa competency factors,questionnaire survey,expert opinion method,through the classification of the elements to establish management system of competency,including a total of three a factor: personal characteristics,leadership and executive ability,a total of 11 competency elements;finally through the 360 degree survey method YK,to evaluate the competency level of company management,management personnel found deficiencies in the innovation ability,learning ability and goal management ability;then aiming at the shortage from the strengthening of learning ability,improve the innovation mechanism,improve the management ability of the three aspects of competency enhancing measures.This research takes the competency theory as a guide,and has a certain breakthrough in the management of enterprise management personnel competency.The results of this research can be used for reference in the construction of the competency of similar enterprise management personnel.
