Nowadays,our country is in the era of knowledge economy,the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.How to keep the excellent talents and improve the satisfaction of the employees has become an important subject in front of the enterprises.As one of the most fundamental factors that affect employee satisfaction,the construction of corporate culture has been paid more and more attention.With the new generation employee into the workplace,and gradually become the mainstay of enterprise,they are important talent guarantee for enterprise development,but,at the same time,their unique behavior also give enterprise's management challenges?Combined with the characteristics of the new generation employee,build enterprise culture that meets the needs of the new generation,will greatly improve the satisfaction of the new generation employee,promote enterprise health,long-term development?The communication enterprise of this paper studied,the proportion of new generation employees up to 85%,at the same time as knowledge technology intensive enterprise,employees are the core strength of enterprise development,starting from the enterprise culture,it is necessary to study how to improve the satisfaction of the new generation employee?In this paper,based on a large number of previous theoretical research,and after the communication enterprise research,this paper uses scientific methods,determine the research dimension,a research model was established to enterprise culture and the new generation employee satisfaction,then enterprise culture measurement scale and employee satisfaction measurement scale,which is suitable for the new generation employee of communication enterprise is compiled?The hypothesis of the influence of enterprise culture on the satisfaction of the new generation employee is put forward,and the structural model of the influence of enterprise culture on the satisfaction of the new generation employee is verified?On the basis of the questionnaire survey,through empirical analysis,this paper argues that the internal characteristics of corporate culture has a positive impact on employee satisfaction,especially for the new generation of employees' satisfaction.Finally,combined with the relevant research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve and strengthen the corporate culture of communication enterprises,so as to improve the satisfaction of the new generation of employees.
