Shengli Sennuo Engineering Company is the abbreviation of Shengli Oil Field Shengli Engineering Co.Ltd.It is committed to a service in the petroleum industry engineering consulting organization,service object is the Sinopec,China Petroleum and other large domestic oil companies,state-owned enterprises,private enterprises to go out and expand international oil market to provide services.The present situation of human resource company to knowledge type talents,belongs to knowledge intensive high-tech service enterprises.Obviously,how to establish a technology consisting of high,professional category of the whole,political quality is good and the structure is reasonable and the prime of life,the core values of the unified team of excellent,directly related to the enterprise can achieve the healthy and long-term development in the increasingly drastic competition background.Based on the background of related theories at home and abroad and the current situation of staff training,staff training situation of the victory banner engineering company were studied,according to the survey results can be seen,the victory banner engineering company has a lot of problems in the training process,such as training plan is not scientific and training objectives is not clear,the training system is not perfect,the way of training more single;then,through analysis,found the main reason behind: training idea is backward,the training process implementation is not complete,training implementation is not in place and training feedback of information.On this basis,the establishment of a set of suitable for the actual victory banner engineering company's employee training system,and from the aspects of training goals,ideas and perfect the training plan,update the training way,strengthen the management and teachers team construction and post evaluation and rewards and punishments and other specific put forward corresponding improvement measures,expectedin the realization of the strategic objectives of the company at the same time,and comprehensively improve the overall quality of staff and satisfaction,so as to improve the enterprise's competition strength and prospective employees a sense of accomplishment,so as to achieve a win-win business development and personal development,and to provide the successful experience of some reference to establish the same type of enterprise training system.
