Nowadays,human resources,especially intellectual resources is the core resources of enterprise,facing the increasingly fierce talents competition and iterative updating of scientific knowledge,more and more enterprises promote knowledge study and quality strengthen of staff by training,comprehensively improve the quality of employees,and then strengthen competitive advantage,achieving the strategic goal of enterprise development.The scientific&complete and strong applicability staff training system is vital for improving training performance persistently,have a lasting and reliable driving force for enterprise development.SQ company has initially established a staff education and training management system,however,the training system is not perfect enough on the operation of staff training,for example,inaccurate training demand analysis,unscientific training evaluation system,unsound lecturer foster mechanism,not practical training course and so on.Based on the theory of training and construction of training system,this paper finds the present situation of staff training in SQ company by applying the method of questionnaire survey and field interview,analyzed the existing problems of staff training in SQ company from training needs,training evaluation,training instructors and so on.Keeping to the principle of strategy-oriented,system integrity,permanent and equilibrium,this paper constructed a completed staff training system from five dimensions of training organization,training program,training assessment,training curriculum and training instructor and so on system.
