Research To The Influential Factors Of Enterprise Energy Saving Behavior Underthe Background Of New Economy

Concept of green development is one of the important idea guiding China's economic and social development,requires comprehensive promoting energy-saving in industry,construction,transportation and other fields,aims to realize win-win situation of new economic development and environmental improvement.In the era of industrialization,the enterprise has created the huge economic benefits,as well as consumed a lot of energy.The economic development of the enterprise excessive depended on energy consumption,destroyed the ecological environment.These behaviors seriously restrict the sustainable economic development and has violated the concept of green development of the new economy.Enterprise is the main participants of energy saving activity and an adaptive rational system.This paper attach great importance to the enterprise energy saving behavior under the new economic background,and identify the various factors influencing the enterprise energy saving behavior,which will be beneficial to promote the development of enterprise energy saving behavior,will be beneficial to promote the sustainable development of economy of our country,will be conducive to the energy saving strategy goal.In this paper,on the basis of literature research,the author redefined the connotation of enterprise energy saving behavior under the new economic background,analysis the characteristics and classification of energy saving activities of enterprises under the background of new economy,discusses enterprise energy saving behavior by the dual effects of enterprise internal factors and external factors.Combining the theory of enterprise behavior theory,norm activation model,organization and management theory,analysis enterprise current situation,existing problems and development goals of energy saving under the background of new economy.From the enterprise internal and external we selected the government regulation,market pressure,resource redundancy,corporate responsibility,enterprise managers will of energy conservation,and other factors and established a structural equation model about the relationship between the related factors and enterprise energy saving behavior.Research data collected by field investigation,questionnaire and expert interview,etc.Through regression analysis and hypothesis test,verify the influence of the related factors of enterprise energy saving behavior by the data statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS.This paper innovation points are: under the new economy point of view research enterprise energy saving behavior,combined with multi-disciplinary theory set up theory model to grasp the influence factors of enterprise energy saving behavior and make research more conform to the actual needs.The study found that: enterprise energy saving behavior affected by enterprise's internal and external factors under the background of new economy,and the internal driving force is an important pathway of the external driving force.Market pressure,redundant resources,enterprise energy-saving responsibility have a positive influence on enterprise energy saving behavior;enterprise managers' willingness of energy saving plays a mediating role in the relationship between market pressure and enterprise energy behaviors,between redundant resources and enterprise energy behaviors as well as between enterprise responsibility in energy saving and enterprise energy behaviors.Government regulation plays no significantly impact on enterprise energy saving behavior,but it has a positive influence on enterprise managers' willingness to energy saving,indirectly affects the enterprise energy saving behavior.According to the research conclusion,under the new economy background we from the government level,market level and enterprise level put forward energy-saving countermeasures and suggestions to promote the implementation of enterprise energy saving behavior and promote the realization of Chinese energy strategy.
