Farmers' Land Value Perspective Heterogeneity And Its Impact On Land Use Behavior Decision

Land is the spacial carrier for a variety of economic activity.Its management of using style is closely related to national economic and social development.With our country entering the new normal state of encomic development,conomic growth rate shift,optimization of the economic structure and power conversion makes the requirement to adjust supply and demand of land resources.In the micro scale of land use,the land resources management department as the decision-making has great necessary to make appropriate adjustments and innovation in land use and management policy.In the aspect of agricultural land use,how to connect it with the stable land use status made in specific areas with a long period and make it consistent with the value perspective of land owners and the regional culture environment is an important approach to realize optimal allocation of agricultural land resources and provides the reference for the research of land use management strategies under the context of new normal state economy.As an agricultural country with a great number of population,food security is always an issues about national economy and people's livelihood.Since reform and opening up,farmers land value perspective have been changing with the continuous reform on farmers-land relationship.Rural social and economic structure shows great transformation.Land resources utilization is totally inadequate as a result of labor transfer within a broad scale and widespread farmers multiple occupations.Thus,the agricultural planting structure adjustment is with great necessary to reform at present situation.In a word,the adjustment of agricultural planting structure has a significate meaning on the food secutity.On the other hand,it is particularly important under the real conditions of cultivated land excessive conversion.Furthermore,there is a direct relationship between agricultural planting structure adjustment and farmers land use behavior.As executor of senior decesion and decision-making for their own behavior,farmers gain high concern.In order to better understand the motivation and the characteristics of farmers behavior,this research build the theory framework about farmers behavior decision making on the rev point of land value perspective with a view of behavioral economics under the background of the habitat,based on letter and validity test for the large sample survey data,analysis the heterogeneity of farmers land value perspective,adopt qualitative and quantitative research approach in the study of farmers behavior characteristics and its development,and furthermore analysis the influence on farmers behavior of farmers land value perspective by using the econometric model.Through this study,the conclusions is drawn as following:(1)The concept model proposed in this paper for farmers land value perspective is quitely reasonable,adapted to the research data.The four dimensions of farmers land value perspective is:the emotion value(F1),the security value(F2),the wealth value(F3),the right value(F4).(2)Farmers land value perspective has significant groups-regional difference characteristics.Under the condition of different individual and farmland characteristics,it has groups difference and is showed in space as regional differentiation.(3)In large scale space area,farmers land value perspective shows the spatial heterogeneity and its dimensions have obvious differentiation on the overall pattern and internal relations as its spatial agglomeration is not obvious and its regional radiation is not strong with significant spatial differences.(4)Farmers land use behavior is affected by the heuristic cognitive biases,conform to the general rule of behavioral economics.Reference point selection and yield-loss judgment will affect the change and development of the farmers behavior patterns.(5)Farmers land value perspective significantly influence on farmers land use behavior.Under dimensions differentiation characteristics,farmers behavior is different.Farmers land use behavior has the characteristics of behavioral economics yet.
