Values is the fulcrum of the spirit world, everyone is in values guidance and control. With the reform and opening up and modernization, great changes have taken place inthe rural society, mainly displays in: the tide of market economy, non-agriculturalization offarmland, Cultivated land to food, village hollowing problems;"three integration"requirements for optimal allocation of resources, scale management of agriculture, but theimaginary land mass transfer did not happen; the differences between urban and rural areasis increasing, the rural surplus labor force Everfount flow to the city and developed regions, agricultural development, rural construction Houjifaren; farmers no longer rely on farmingfor a living,"the rural social stratum agriculture oriented ideology" appear differentiation, static, single, homogeneous groups of farmers to the development of liquidity, diversification and heterogeneity direction.China is a large agricultural country, farmers accounted for the majority of thepopulation. With the urban-rural dual structure transition to modern economic structure, farmers and industry becomes the concept of normal, intensive and meticulous farming andland must gradually fade, the awareness of farmers has undergone significant changes tothe contracted land and homestead importance, resulting in the changes and differencesbetween generations of farmers’ land values.Farmers land value changes, led to the interests of farmers appeal to the diversifieddevelopment directly, and has profound impact on the land use. Therefore, how to definethe farmer land values exactly? What are the system structure and key factors? what onearth have happened to changes on the farmer land values? What is the impact on land use?And Correlation between villagers how to interweave, further promote the value appealof differentiation? How to classify land value and develop a targeted on land values andpolicy design? To solve the problem of farmers’ land values need to construct the theorysystem, and the farmers’ land values and the relational theory of land use system in-depthstudy.The existing research area, and more scattered, the qualitative description. This studyis based on the696household survey data in Hexi Corridor. By mathematical statistics, structural equation model (SEM), social network analysis (SNA) and regression analysismethod, constructed land value theory system specifically and explains the values ofinfluence. more specifically, the research content of this study include the following aspects:first, constructing farmer land value theory (chapter second); secondly, social network analysis (SNA) method based on the identification of key elements, values formationenvironment (Chapter third); third, by the transfer matrix method, the changes of the timescharacteristics of farmers’ land value (the fourth chapter); fourth,,confirmatory factoranalysis based on the structural equation model (SEM), path analysis method, the value ofland, farmers influences on willingness of land transfer; at last, proposed the suggestion ofdesign of rural development and land management policy based on the key conclusion.Through this study, we draw the conclusions as following:(1) Farmers’ land value including9first-order factors, which are: identity and emotion, the land, land tenure, scale of operation, survival, land inheritance, means of livelihood, rich and the term of contract.(2) Identified6key elements of the changes of farmers’ land values are: life experience, information receiving ability, family planning, village development level, agriculturaldevelopment and social psychological factors.(3) Farmers’ land values change showing a "high value, high property, lowdependence" of the modern trend. Results show that, Farmers’ land values from an"ultimate values" into "method values". Farmers not only provided in the land of theextremely limited harvest, the premise of "interest measurement to the land as capital"consciousness encroaches on the concept of "Based on soil".(4)The land value in land tenure, three dimensions of rich way and the term of contracthas a significant influence on the willingness of land transfer.(5) When facing land tenure and use, farmers inner decisions follow the land valuesanchor.(6) Agricultural development under the background of times, the land resourcesmanagement should focus on the design of incentive policy.
