With the development of tourism industry,the theme hotel industry is in the ascendant and the competition is more and more fierce.The rise of experience economy,consumer demand to further upgrade.The development of regional cultural resources provides a new way for the theme hotel to meet the increasing consumer demand.Analytical psychology,with a scientific theory,provides a theoretical support for the development of this model to meet people's high level of psychological needs.The city of Qingdao as a famous international tourist city,natural geographical conditions,the unique cultural and historical heritage,how to reasonably and fully develop local excellent local cultural resources,help the development of the city theme hotel has become a significant topic.The number of high-end hotel brand in Qingdao city is considerable,but in the main business focus did not make full use of local cultural resources in Qingdao City,mostly just stay in the use of coastal resources,this development is a single,low level,not even is to use multiple of marine culture resources,not to mention the Qingdao regional culture resources the city is rich in connotation.In this paper,through the combination of big data in the past literature,Qingdao regional cultural elements.The integration of the theme hotel and the regional culture,from the perspective of analytical psychology,to explore the rationality of the existence of the theoretical support of this model.Finally,through case analysis,this paper provides support and reference for the development of local cultural resources.
