In the era of information and globalization,enterprise competition is intensifying Human resources as a strategic resource of modern society and organization,is the key to the success of organizations Our country is in the human resources supply and demand of the old and new,complex changes in the window period.The new generation of labor enterprise loyalty is low,the flow rate is high,not only the human cost increases,but also affect the enterprise competitiveness Therefore,the stability and cohesion of the team has a significant influence on team performance,this paper discusses from the angle of organizational socialization factors influencing the team performanceFrom the existing literature shows that the social organization as the antecedent variables and organizational commitment as mediating variables,team performance as the research outcome variables relatively little This paper is devoted to the study of the relationship between organizational socialization,organizational commitment and team performance of the three,discusses the structure and content of organizational socialization,while the introduction of organizational commitment as mediating variables,observation of social organization through the mediating effect of organizational commitment impact on team performance,analyze their influence mechanism on team performance.To provide theoretical support and practical guidance strategies of organizational socialization and employee daily management for enterprises to implement;it has certain practical significance on human resource management of enterpriseThe study was an exploratory study,through literature study and put forward the theoretical framework and research hypotheses,questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data of service industry in Guangdong Province,grass-roots individual manufacturing team.The use of SPSS 22 and AMOS 21 was used for data correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,structural equation analysis method validation,the results of the study show that1,social organization to verify the four-factors structure,organizational commitment to verify the three-factor structure,team performance to verify the two-factor structure2,some of the individual characteristics of employees have a significant difference in the degree of organizational socialization;3,employee organizational socialization is significantly positively related to organizational commitment,organizational commitment is significantly positively related to team performance,and organizational socialization is positively related to team performance;4,organizational commitment plays a significant mediating effect on organizational socialization and team performance5.The mediating effect model of employee organizational socialization,organizational commitment and team performance was validated by linear regression model.The regression coefficient of employees’ organizational socialization to team performance is higher,which reflects the importance of organizational socialization to team performance.
