With the deepening of globalization and the rapid development of knowledge economy,technological competition between countries has been unprecedentedly fierce and the speed of technical renewal has been in particular astonishing,which all put forward high requirements for the researchers.The researchers play an important role for the small and medium-sized IT enterprises to have a place in the fierce market competition.Therefore,it has been a key factor in the rise and fall of an enterprise that how the researchers can be attracted and retained and how the creativity and working enthusiasm can be inspired.Thus,establishing scientific and effective incentive mechanism for the researchers has been an issue needed to be addressed urgently for the small and medium-sized IT enterprises.Firstly,relative theoretical basis and research trends at home and abroad of the present study have been comprehensively analyzed.Secondly,relative terms of the researchers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises have been defined.The psychological,behavioral,job and demand characteristics of the researchers have been summarized and systematically analyzed.Combined with th e existing research findings,the research hypothesis is proposed on the basis of the employee interviews.A questionnaire is designed aiming at finding the motivators of the researchers in the small and medium-sized IT enterprises.Then descriptive statis tical analysis and relative analysis on the data derived from the questionnaires were carried out using SPSS.The analytical results are summarized and the incentive model is built up for the researchers in the small and medium-sized IT enterprises.Thirdl y,based on the research findings,the incentive mechanism is designed,including to improve satisfaction as a sound basis for target incentive design,comprehensive career orientation test and career management,effective training system and sound related incentive systems and measures.Fourthly,taking Shenyang sesame open the door corporation as an example,targeted incentive mechanism design has been put forward for solving the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for the researchers and the effects of implementation have been collected.In designing questionnaire and incentive mechanism,investigation and classification have been creatively carried out from the perspective of career orientation and career management has been used to inspire the researchers.Literature research method,survey research method,statistical analysis method and case analysis method have been used in the present study in hoping that the proposed incentive mechanism can be a certain reference for the small and medium-sized IT enterprises to inspire the researchers.
