K Pharmaceutical Company's Competitive Strategy Research

With the pharmaceutical industry changes and development,from the pharmaceutical industry to the pharmaceutical business,in this change which,every pharmaceutical companies have been greatly affected,every decision of the enterprise have a profound impact on the future development of enterprises.Therefore,for pharmaceutical companies,it is very important to do a competitive strategy research.In this paper,through the research on the existing competitive strategy of K Pharmaceutical Company,this paper analyzes the current management data of K Pharmaceutical Company and the internal and external environment by using PEST model,SWOT analysis method and enterprise competition strategy.Strategic positioning,from the total cost of the leading,differentiated and centralized three aspects of the K pharmaceutical companies to adjust the competitive strategy.To the organization and planning,personnel structure adjustment,corporate culture,quality and safety control and the flow of several aspects of the company as a strategic adjustment of the protection.
