Research On The Development Of The Transition Of The Traditional State-owned Foreign Trade Enterprises

Once the state-owned foreign trade enterprise is the main force in China import and export trade,has experienced the loss of last century 90 s foreign trade monopoly,the world financial crisis after 08 years of international economic recovery is not stable,and in recent years the domestic disappearance of the demographic dividend,the rising cost of raw materials,Chinese manufacturing competitiveness decline and a series of business environment changes,China foreign trade enterprises,especially the state-owned foreign trade enterprise survival is a major threat,in urgent need of transformation.The transformation of state-owned foreign trade enterprises are faced with institutional rigidities,lack of innovation,lack of brand,marketing channels,such as a single difficulty,there is a certain degree of difficulty in transition.This paper introduces the related theory of the transformation of foreign trade development,through summing up the practical experience and academic research,combined with the actual situation of the state-owned foreign trade enterprises at present,summarizes the state-owned foreign trade enterprises in several directions: the transformation and development of integrated service platform for foreign trade,overseas investment direction,the direction of cross-border e-commerce direction,overseas warehousing direction.The above models are analyzed and compared.Using the SWOT analysis method,through theoretical model and a lot of data analysis,find out the SZ import and export group the competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and implementation path to study the SZ import and export group of transformation and development,put forward some methods and suggestions to solve the problems,the SZ import and export group should adopt the combination of innovation,flat management,industrial chain collaboration strategy.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the transformation and development of other foreign trade enterprises by analyzing the transformation of the typical traditional state-owned foreign trade enterprises.
