TPM Implementation In Dongfang Corporation

In wind power blades manufacturing industry,the stability of the production equipments operation has an important impact on the blade output speed and quality.As a manufacturer of domestic wind power blades,when facing the increasingly fierce competition environment,how to implement TPM effectively,improve facilities stability,enhance the overall efficiency of equipment(OEE),guarantee enterprises could complete orders on time and submit to the customer high-quality blades,are the problems that Dongfang corporation needs to solve in the equipment management.Based on the equipment management problems in Dongfang corporation,this thesis analyzes the TPM processes in detail.To ensure the TPM activities smoothly,Dongfang corporation set up a reasonable organizational structure,established the company-level TPM promotion committee and TPM activity groups,set clear goals,and formulated detailed implementation plans.In the process of implementing activities,through training employees,site 5S managements,equipment inspections,proposal improvement,equipment maintenances and preventive maintenances at all levels of improvement,equipment management systems established and others in the process of activities.Firstly to improve the equipment status,improve staff skill levels and autonomous consciousness,at the same time,check the effect of the TPM by setting a series of evaluation index.Through the successful implementation of the TPM activities,Dongfang corporation has made a series of achievements in equipment management : staff skills level have a greater degree of enhancement,staff self-management awareness and professionalism are improved,equipment indicators are modified significantly,blades costs are controlled well,blades quality and delivery speed are greatly improved and the company is more competitive than ever before.As an advanced equipment management tools,TPM activities have a good practical effect in Dongfang corporation,with the in-depth development of activity,it will bring more positive impacts for the company and even the all industry.
