Study On Countermeasures Of Traffic Congestion In Hohhot

Urban transport as the most fundamental basis for urban operations,and life are closely related.The acceleration of economic development and urbanization,the increasing population and the increasing number of motor vehicles have led to the fact that the supply of transportation can not meet the ever-increasing demand for transportation and finally the traffic environment in the city is deteriorating.Inner Mongolia is the capital of Hohhot,referred to as Hohhot,Hohhot is my district's cultural center,economic center and political center.In recent years,due to the rapid economic development,the continuous increase of population and the continuous expansion of urban infrastructure,the problem of traffic congestion in Hohhot has been concentrated,causing inconvenience to citizens,increasing travel costs and deteriorating the atmospheric environment.In order to realize the orderly operation of urban traffic and alleviate the negative impact brought by the traffic congestion problem,it is necessary to study the traffic congestion problem in Hohhot from both the theoretical and practical aspects and put forward some feasible measures.In this context,this paper takes the urban traffic congestion in Hohhot as the research object.Based on the literature review and other cities in and out of China,this paper studies the traffic congestion in Hohhot city and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.First,the concept of urban traffic and traffic congestion will be explained.This article is based on the theory of collaborative governance and public product theory were elaborated and differentiated,hoping to combine these two theories on Hohhot current congestion problem to further analyze and lay a solid foundation.Secondly,this paper reviews the current situation of traffic congestion in Hohhot and its solutions and measures,mainly through the analysis of the basic conditions of urban traffic,road construction,the development of public transport system,vehicle ownership,specific traffic congestion At present,the solution to traffic congestion ideas and measures to sort out.Based on the above analysis,it is found that the causes of traffic congestion in Hohhot urban area are lagging behind in public transport,low level of road supply,single mode of traffic management,lagging parking facilities,rapid growth of motor vehicles and unreasonable planning.Finally,the relevant countermeasures are put forward.First,to establish advanced management concepts,mainly people-oriented,priority bus,sustainable development;the second is to improve the management of the relevant policies,mainly to improve road traffic safety laws and regulations to increase the supply of public transport,a reasonable control of vehicle ownership,improve Parking planning and management,the establishment of peak shifting mechanism and school bus mechanism;third is to enhance the public transport ethics level,mainly to increase transport laws and regulations advocacy methods to encourage citizens to participate in urban transport development.This article aims at the problem of traffic congestion in the capital of the minority nationality area in Hohhot,combined with related theories,and puts forward some countermeasures so as to be of practical significance for alleviating the traffic congestion in Hohhot city.
