| In today's world,The technology and knowledge-intensive industries have a profound influence on the long-term development of economy,the upgrading of industrial structure and the harmonious and stable society,in the "13th Five-Year" period,it must be set up to carry out the "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" concept of development,and the high and new technology industry as a technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries,catered to the idea,it is an important stage in China's traditional extensive industry towards innovation and resource-intensive industries.Therefore,the development of high-tech industry is related to the adjustment of economic structure in anhui province and industrial upgrading,which plays a significant role in promoting economic restructuring and upgrading and economic development of our province,The innovation efficiency of high and new technology industry is the key to improve the competitiveness of high and new technology industries.This paper first reviews the related theory of high-tech industry and the innovation efficiency,current situation of high-tech industry in Anhui province were summarized,through the construction of reasonable innovation input and output index system,factor analysis and DEA three-stage model are used to analyze the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in anhui province.It main comparative analysis of the 11 provinces and cities in anhui province and east of high and new technology industry innovation efficiency,the innovation efficiency of five high and new technology industry in anhui province and 11 provinces and cities in anhui province and east the innovation efficiency of electron and communication equipment manufacturing industry.Research findings: in anhui province in 2011-2015 average the comprehensive efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech industries is not high,and there are differences between the average efficiency of 11 provinces in eastern,much lower than Beijing,tianjin,Shanghai,jiangsu,zhejiang,fujian,shandong,guangdong and other places,but higher than that of hebei,liaoning,shandong,hainan and other places;The innovation efficiency of the five high and new technology industries is uneven,and the comprehensive technical efficiency of the electronic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry is higher,but there is still a certain gap compared with the east.The overall scale efficiency is generally lower than pure technical efficiency,and the reduction of scale efficiencylowers the level of comprehensive technical efficiency.The research contents of this article mainly include six parts: the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly from the research background and significance of topic selection,research on the related literature of high-tech industries at home and abroad,the article research goal and elaborates the research methods and possible innovations.Beginning from the second chapter related concepts and theoretical basis,expounds the concept of high and new technology industry,the relevant theory of technology innovation,the innovation efficiency of related theory and the factor analysis method and the three stage DEA model.The third chapter analyses the overall development trend,r&d investment and innovation output of anhui province's high-tech industry and the development status of the five industries.The fourth chapter discusses the selection principle,selection method and index system construction of anhui high-tech industry innovation efficiency index.The fifth chapter analyzes the innovation efficiency of anhui high-tech industry,and compares the difference between the high-tech industries and the innovation efficiency of the 11 provinces and cities in anhui provinceis is based on factor analysis and DEA three-stage model.The sixth chapter is summarizing,according to the results of the empirical study,the author puts forward some pointed Suggestions,and points out the research deficiencies and future research directions. |
