Study On The Whole Process Management Of PPP Project Of Fuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 2

With the rapid growth of economy,urban population continues to expand,traffic jam is more and more serious in large cities.Urban rail transit system which is higher transportation capacity,high rate of punctuality,safety,energy-saving,environment,is a possible approach to solve problems such as traffic congestion.During the 13th five-year plan,urban rail transit construction of our country will show a trend of development by leaps and bounds,our nation plan to promote the urban rail transit projects of 103 cities,which will spend a total investment of more than 16000 billion RMB,and mileages of urban rail transit will be increased by 2000km.But,there are a series of project management issues,during the course of development of urban rail traffic.From the standpoint of project corporation,the article tries to use the Fu Zhou urban rail traffic line 2's PPP project as an example of how to apply theory of three elements in project management to explain practice process of starting,planning,implementing,controlling and ending.The article tries to summarizes the strategies and methods of whole process management of urban rail transit project.This article has five chapters.Chapter one mainly discussed the background and significance of the research,the present research state,and main content and methods.Chapter two firstly introduced the basic theories of whole process management,including the concept of project management,goals and mission,and the division of five major processes of project management;Secondly,this part analyzed the three elements of project management.Finally,it discussed and analyzed the characteristics,management status and existing problems of urban rail transit project.Chapter three described the brief introduction to the PPP project of FuZhou urban rail traffic line 2.Chapter four is the key to this paper,which analyzed the key links of process of starting,planning,implementing,controlling and ending in project management,from three aspects of project,which are investment control,schedule control and quality control.Chapter five presented the research conclusion and the prospect of the study.
