In recent years,Online car-hailing service was given new connotation in the field of transportation,not only solves the problem of the public taxi,but also fit the need of intelligent transportation and sharing economy in the age of mobile Internet.Online car-hailing service as a product of "Internet plus" era,there is no doubt about its existence rationality,and how to regulate online car-hailing service and actively guide and promote the coordination between the online booked vehicle business service and the urban traffic system has become an imminence problem to be solved.This paper is mainly about the government supervision of Baise online car-haling service as the object of study,through literature and in-depth interviews,introduces the current government supervision of Baise online car-haling service by the way of supervision basis,supervision content and supervision means,which combines with two cases "8.4" taxis strike events in Baise and investigated the illegal operation of a private car in local city to point out the common problem of online car-hailing service in local city.On the basis,the article analyzes the existing regulatory problems of online car-hailing service,using the analysis method of game theory to set up the three game models to analysis the relationship among online car-hailing platforms and platforms,online car-hailing platforms and regulators,regulators and regulators.According to the results of the model analysis,the paper points out the main effect factors of regulatory countermeasures about online car-hailing service,which puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of online car-hailing regulation.First,the local government should accelerate the introduction of local implementation rules,enhance legal awareness,and ensure administering bylaw.Second,the local government should innovate regulatory thinking and put forward the construction of online car-hailing system.Third,all departments will establish a united regulatory mechanism to achieve cross-border comprehensive management.Fourth,the local government should deploy protective measures and improve the efficiency of supervision.
