The present era is the era of knowledge economy.And the main feature of the era of knowledge economy is innovation.Innovation is the main theme of the development of the times,but also the important strategy adopted by the state.Innovation and development is the core of national development,and is the first driving force to lead the development.And innovative talents is the important human resources to promote innovation and development.Therefore,the talent competition is the final analysis about enterprise competition.To cultivate innovative talents is an important task of enterprise development.The development of the fourth party logistics bases on the third party logistics.The shortcomings and problems of the Third-party logistics enterprises provides opportunities for the fourth party logistics enterprises.Fourth-party logistics enterprises can provide better logistics services for other enterprises,integrate the entire supply chain logistics resources,reduce the cost of the entire supply chain,improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain logistics.But the development of the fourth party logistics enterprises also need human resources to support.According to the characteristics of the fourth party logistics enterprises,we will find the fourth party logistics enterprises need to develop complex talents.So it is particularly important to the fourth party logistics enterprises for cultivating innovative talents.This paper is divided into seven parts.This article first studies the status of the fourth party logistics enterprises and the status of innovative talents.At the same time,it also analyzes the related research on the cultivation of innovative talents.Through these analyzes we can get the quality of the innovative talents in the development of the fourth party logistics enterprises.Through a questionnaire survey,issued a questionnaire to the domestic fourth party logistics company,We can get the reliability and validity of the fourth party logistics enterprises innovative talents quality indicators,and then build an innovative talent quality index system,forming the evaluation model of innovative talents in the fourth party logistics enterprises.This article uses a questionnaire survey,expert interviews,literature research and other related methods.The purpose is to build the fourth party logistics enterprise innovative talents quality model.So as to cultivate the fourth party logistics enterprises to cultivate innovative talents to provide countermeasures and suggestions.
