In the era of knowledge economy today, talent resources have become the most important strategic resources of the development of our economic and society and the impulsion to promote the development of a region or a industry. Who own the advantage of talent resources will own the advantage of the competitive and development. Currently Anhui tourism industry is growing rapidly. During this process, Tourism talent resources gradually show the problems of the size, structure and quality, demand and supply, as well as the systems and mechanisms of development and management. Therefore, building talents to adapt the continuous and sound development of Anhui provincial tourist industry has become the priority of tourism management departments at all levels and tourist enterprise units. And strengthening the study on the development of talent resources is of extremely important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for the development of tourism in Anhui. Based on such a background, through study on the present situation of Anhui tourism talent resources, this article attempts to propose strategies in line with Anhui tourism talents structure optimization and quality improvement to provide reference for tourism talents development plan of Anhui 12th Five-Year Plan.This article is divided into five parts. Part one provides an overview of current research state together with introducing the background to the subject, topic significance, research methods and research thinking of this article. Secondly, On the basis of Anhui tourism talent resources survey, Anhui tourism talents structure and quality have been summarized and analyzed seriously in Part Two. And then Part Three analyses the problems in Anhui tourism talents and dissect the causes of these problems profoundly. Next in Part Four, aiming at the present situation of the Anhui tourism talents structure and quality and the problems of Anhui tourism talents, we propose corresponding strategies. Finally Part Five is the conclusion which contains the summary of the core idea and the general lack of main points of this article.
