Study On Improvement Of Technological Innovation Management For Zhuzhou Gofront Heat Treatment&Surface Treatment Technology Co.,LTD.

In the era of knowledge economy with fiercer market competition and changing market environment,competition between enterprises relies more on technological innovation ability.It is the inevitable choice for enterprises to implement technological innovation management for enhanced technological innovation ability.The technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is relatively weak,especially for the restructured SMEs,where there are more defects for various reasons,and there are large room to promote technological innovation so as to meet the requirements of development trend.Taking Zhuzhou Gofront Heat Treatment&Surface Treatment Technology Co.,LTD.(Zhuzhou Gofront Company)for example,this paper combines theory and practice,and analyzes the realities of technological innovation management of Zhuzhou Gofront Company on the basis of relative theoretic researches at home and broad as well as research results of SMEs.This paper also summarizes the main work,existing problem and cause regarding technological innovation management since the restructure of the Company;analyzes the environment and needs of technology innovation;puts forward the major improvement;analyzes the main factors affecting technological innovation management.The author points out that there still exists barriers in human resource,equipment and facilities barrier,industry field,corporate culture and innovation investment in the Company.This paper analyzes technical innovation management in a small restructured enterprise against the backdrop of the development of the country and the industry,taps the potentials and advantages,and forms the basic ideas for improvement,in the hope that the research on improvement of technological innovation management in Zhuzhou Gofront Company will provide some reference for similar restructured enterprises and SMEs in China.
