With the rapid rise of China's economy,the competition between enterprises is increasing,and the war for talent heats up gradually.more and more enterprises begin to fall into the predicament of lacking of talent.Human resource managers have found that,the effectiveness and efficiency of stimulating employees' enthusiasm through high compensation is quite limited.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find out more methods to incent employees,so as to improve their productivity.Some scholars have found that middle level managers play a decisive role in the development of an enterprises in the growth and development of enterprise.However,due to the role conflict between work and family,many middle-class manager are difficult to balance this conflict,resulting in negative physical and psychological impact.Some middle level managers choose to give up their careers or job advancement under heavy pressure,forcing companies to cultivate talent or recruit managers fir for the job.Others in order to reduce family time with the management work,the work-family conflict is becoming increasingly fierce,It will be negative mood to work,thereby affecting the execution,judgment,destruction of organization and coordination,reduce the the organization efficiency.The main purpose of this paper is to study the influence of work-family conflict on satisfaction of work of middle level managers.By making the corresponding system and policy to intervene,we can find a way to reduce the contradiction between the work and family relationship and improve the job satisfaction of middle level managers.This paper take the middle level managers as the research objects,firstly expounds the selected topic background and research significance.Firstly,the paper combed the work-family conflict and goal orientation of learning and job satisfaction of relevant theories,and advances the structural framework of this paper and research hypothesis.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,this paper collected first-hand research data and used the methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to the combination of theoretical research and empirical test for the corresponding.To be specific,The paper is based on the work of middle-class manager family conflicts as independent variables,learning goals oriented as regulatory variables,demographic variables as control variables,and job satisfaction as the outcome variables.In addition to further verify the work-family conflict influence on job satisfaction,also combined with the work-family conflict affect job satisfaction in the process of adjustment.In addition.In order to get richer research conclusions,this article also from age,family structure,education level and so on the perspective of demographic variables,individuals with different demographic characteristic were analyzed in goal orientation of learning,work-family conflict and job satisfaction.Based on this,the main conclusions of this paper mainly include:(1)work-family conflict and job satisfaction of middle-class manager,there were significant negative correlation relationship between work-family conflict is further verified the negative influence of middle level managers job satisfaction.(2)Goal-orientation of learning has a significant regulatory role in the process of middle-class manager work-family conflict affecting job satisfaction.(3)individual with different demographic characteristics differ in degree of goal-orientation of learning,work-family and job satisfaction.Finally,this paper put forward by the flexible work system,learning and training,a strategy of education mode,informal organization management,informal communication means,establish effective management system and incentive mechanism between administrators and managers to provide practical standardized communication platform.Through the coordination of middle level managers work-family conflict,the enterprises will improve the whole performance and job satisfaction and improve enterprise achieve the organization's strategic objectives to promote steady and rapid development of enterprises.
