An Analysis Of The Optimized Path Of B&B Supply In The Era Of Interactive Economy

In recent years,the tourism market has shown a strong development momentum and broad development prospect.Group tour is no longer the single choice and more and more people prefer self-drawing tour,self-helping tour or other new travel modes.The pur:pose of tourism is not limited to sightseeing but paying more attention to culture and other depth experience.Bed and breakfast(B&B)has become the main attraction of rural leisure tourism and has been widely concerned and admired under the background of increasing demand of rural recreational tourism,multiple choices of accommodation and mainstream trend of farmer's entrepreneurial innovation.The development of the B&B doesn' t only adapt to the actual consumption demand of tourists,but also follows to the trend of development of tourist industry,and also increases farmers' income,even fasten the speed of integration between urban and rural areas.However,the development of B&B still has the following problems with the review of its domestic development:the lack of innovation and attraction of Bed and Breakfast,the imperfection of service and management,the serious shortage of facilities and other issues.With the deepening of the supply-side structural reform,it is imperative to provide the optimization of supply and demand in bed and breakfast.Based on the New Supply Theory of Economics,Interactive Economic Theory and Honeycomb Theory,this paper argues that the supply optimization is a comprehensive system with optimization in operators,guest attraction,service and management and facilities.And it is also a multi-system with the collaboration among the government,consumers and operators.On the basis of clarifying the related concepts of Bed and Breakfast,this paper argues that the key to supply optimization is to optimize the B&B operators and the core is to optimize the elements of B&B.Through the cultivating new farmers,enriching the cultural connotation,perfecting the government functions and paying attention to detail service,we can finally achieve the sharing of subject and object.The innovation of this paper is that it constructs the optimization model of the supply of B&B,so as to provide decision-making reference for the improvement of the quality of the B&B,and provide the possibility of optimizing the guest's experience.In the empirical part,the author takes Zhaojia Town,Zhuji City,Zhejiang Province as an example.Several field researches from June to December of 2016 through the way of in-depth interviews,questionnaires and other on-site research methods promise the rigor and scientific nature of demonstration.With the comprehensive analysis,this paper proposes that the way to promote the improvement and development of Zhaojia Town,Zhuji City,Zhejiang Province is to guide the main body cluster,stimulate the innovation;segment the consumer market,enrich the cultural connotation;optimize the rules and regulations,cultivate professional talents;expand the environmental capacity,improve the quality of service optimization path.
