Analysis On The Development Of Rural Residence Tourism And Satisfaction Of Tourists In Zhuji City

The Party Central Committee and governments at all levels attach great importance to rural tourism and residential economy.Rural tourism with residential accommodation as the carrier has gradually become a new growth point for the development of modern agriculture and service industry,and a new channel for farmers to increase their income and become rich.This study takes Zhuji City in Zhejiang Province as a case point,draws lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign residential development,and based on field research data,summarizes and analyses the development conditions,course and stage characteristics of rural residential development in Zhuji City,and the types of rural residential development.At the same time,it evaluates the characteristics of rural residential tourists,residential satisfaction and its causes,and finds out the existing problems.The research process and results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the development of residential tourism in Zhuji City,it is concluded that Zhuji City has better natural resources,socio-economic and policy conditions to support residential development,and the government has taken various measures to promote and standardize residential development.Zhuji has a large number of rural residential accommodation,and its development is flourishing.The distribution of residential accommodation resources in various towns is uneven.Relying on convenient transportation,it forms a relatively complete industrial chain and leisure tourism experience route.(2)Through statistical description and cross-analysis,the analysis of residential tourists in Zhuji shows that most tourists are satisfied with it,totaling 67%,and residential tourists basically meet the needs of tourists.However,the older the male,the older the age,the higher the educational background and the higher the income,the lower the satisfaction of the tourists to the local rural residential accommodation,and the rural residential accommodation in Zhuji City can not meet the living needs of high-quality tourists;the tourists interviewed mostly have the lowest satisfaction to the two contents of "more experience items" and "ecological landscape combination";the starting point of the tourists’ residential accommodation is mainly to appreciate the scenery and relieve the pressure.Older tourists also value the function of recuperation and health care.The proportion of people over 51 years old choosing this option reached 17.7%.However,there is no systematic integration in the construction of recuperation and health care,entertainment shopping and scenic spot combination,and there is still a big gap in meeting consumers’ diversified consumption needs.(3)Through the above analysis,the paper also finds the following problems in the development of residential quarters in Zhuji: 1)the uneven emphasis on residential development in various townships(towns),lack of long-term planning and strategic layout;2)limited personality,serious homogenization of residential quarters;3)lack of high-end residential products,low product grade;4)not fully tapping the potential of residential housing industry chain;5)poor quality of residential workers;Incomplete;_Lack of unified brand and promotional advantages and other issues.In view of the above problems,the article puts forward relevant development suggestions,including:(1)paying attention to tourism environmental protection and promoting the sustainable development of residential quarters;(2)paying attention to planning and design,highlighting the characteristics of residential quarters;(3)Promoting product transformation and upgrading,building high-end residential quarters;(4)building regional brand,promoting the overall tourism construction;(5)developing "residential quarters + pension" to attract more tourists;(6)strengthening system construction and promoting standardized development.
