Research On The Supporting Policy Of Building Industrialization In China

With the development of "new urbanization" and " the Belt and Road Initiatives"strategy,construction industry developed rapidly in China,and The traditional construction mode cannot adapt to the present situation of China because of the waste of resources and the serious environmental damage.Construction transition is an urgent task need to do.Building Industrialized has significant advantages in improving production efficiency,product quality and safety,energy saving and pollution reduction.In recent years,China has spared no effort in promoting building industrialization,It has issued a series of policies on tax,financial,finance,technology,etc.This study adopts the method of system dynamics,and takes four categories of policies(land policy,planning policy,financial policy and other policies of construction)as the research object.First,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of China's construction industry,and then clarifies the transmission mechanism of various supporting policies.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between supply and demand in industrial building system and the competitive relationship between industrial construction and traditional construction.Finally,The four support policies are simulated by system dynamics.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)All four policies have an active efffect in promoting building industrialization.(2)Different policies have different effects on the construction industrialization.Taking the total amount of industrial buildings as a division factor,the supporting role of construction links is the most important,followed by financial and economic policies,and the promotion of planning policies and land policies is relatively small.(3)China needs to further strengthen the support for building industrialization.According to the needs of different periods,the key points of the industrial policy of industrial construction are adjusted in stages.In addition,We should promote the formulation of consumption economic policies,and increase technical support to promote the development of China's construction industry.This study applies the system dynamics to industrial policy research of building industrialization innovatively,it not only enrich the theory of building industrialization and system dynamics,but also provide theoretical basis for the establishment of industrial support policy.It has important significance to promote the healthy development of China's building industrialization.
