Talents is the keypoint of competition,as the most important factor for enterprises to gain talent — recruitment plays an important role in the management and development of enterprises,and the results directly affect the realization of the strategic objectives of the company.Therefore,both the national public servants and private enterprises and institutions should investe great efforts and funds to manage and plan the recruitment.,in order to hire high quality talents.Y company belongs to a group of enterprises under the leadership of one of the units.Due to the neglect of the recruitment of attention,leading to Y companies in the overall recruitment process larger problems and shortcomings,affect the company's business expansion and development.Y company has the familiar process as the universal recruitment process —the recruitment,selection and emploement,but only the same framework and form,lacking of detailed management of recruitment process,which is the keypoints that influence and determine the success or failure of recruitment.Based on concept,principle,content recruitment process and evaluation method in theory expounded on the recruitment process of Y company's present situation analysis,designed the questionnaire,mining and study the existing in the recruitment process of the problems and deficiencies.Aadding the evaluation process,accomplished the flow-process diagram,improve the existing problems,optimize the allocation of human resources,better play its value and role in the selection of talent.
