Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Ning'an City

Specialized farmer cooperatives have been developing for more than twenty years in China,becoming one of the part of modern agriculture development.The mature development of specialized farmer cooperatives makes it especially important in the aspects of,consolidation of the basic position of agriculture,upgrading the degree of organization and promoting agricultural industrialization.But at the same time,its rapid development also cause some issues worth thinking.It should be figured out how to improve the policies under the changing situation and maintain the stable development of cooperatives,and how to turn the scattered and disordered,and decentralized business model into united,ordered ones.In order to solve these problems,studying the theories of farmer cooperatives,development situation and problems in Ning'an city Heilongjiang province is the first step.By visiting,observing,researching the various types of specialized farmer cooperatives and bringing in advanced foreign experiences and successful cases in developed religion,the guidelines and countermeasures for future development of farmers professional cooperatives in Ning'an city in Heilongjiang province are put forward.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction in which background,purpose and significance of the subject are introduced and research theories of farmer cooperatives home and abroad are summarized.In the second part,basic concepts and theories are brought in,including concept of specialized farmer cooperatives,conditions of cooperatives,and three theories of the theory of cooperatives,the theory of principal agent and the theory of organization and management.The third part is the current situation of the development of specialized farmer cooperatives of Ning'an city.In this part,the current development status of Ning'an City,farmer cooperatives at present farmer cooperatives form and characteristics of Ning'an city are described.The fourth part is the problems of the development of specialized farmer cooperatives in Ning'an city and the restriction factors of the current developing problems of farmer cooperatives are discussed.In the fifth part the reference and enlightenment of the development of specialized farmer cooperatives both at home and abroad.In this part,the development modes of cooperatives in Germany,the United States and Taiwan,Tongliao,Gucheng are discussed in details and thereby,the experiences of the development is summarized.In the sixth part,the countermeasures and suggestions for development of specialized farmer cooperatives in Ning'an city,providing some suggestions to promote the development of farmer cooperatives in Ning'an City?...
